We will dispatch the order within one to two business days, EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.

Check Your Order and Shipment

You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page. Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

The shipping time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
